I tried to reply to the person who asked about my books reaching Ireland privately, but was unable to. So I'm replying here
My first book, Chasing Charlie, reached Ireland (British Commonwealth) via large print -- Chivers (now I think part of BBC audio). So yes, at least that one made it to Ireland 
I also think all of my books have been available through Amazon in the US, Canada and Great Britain -- KC
